Mushroom has a broad, fan or oyster-shaped capspanning 5–15 cm
White color mushroom
Margin is smooth and often somewhat lobed or wavy.
The flesh is white, firm, and varies in thickness due to stipearrangement
The gillsof the mushroom are white
The spore printof the mushroom is white

Abalone

Fruiting body is fan or oyster shaped and spanning 5-20 cm
Light grayish brown color
Margin is entire
The flesh is white, firm and thick.
The gillsof the mushroom are white
The spore printof the mushroom is white

Pink oyster

Cap spatulate to flabelliform,3-35 cm wide and having very short stem
Pink colored and fading with age to cream to white
Margin is slightly corrugated
Flesh is light pink and thin
The gillsof the mushroom are light pink
The spore printof the mushroom is white
