Agriculture Research Station - Thelijjawila

Agriculture Research Station, Telijjawila is mainly conducting research and development activities on root and tuber crops, vegetables and regional mandate crops. Major research activities related to plant   breeding, agronomy, entomology, and pathology and soil science in root and tuber crops and low country vegetables. Technology dissemination and planting material production of above crops and mushroom spawn production are conducting.
