Sample Should be taken according to the guidelines

Process of Submitting request

Soil samples should be submitted to the sample receiving officer with the application form at sample receiving room, at the Central Soil and Fertilizer Testing Laboratory.   Payment should be done at office of HORDI by filling a paying voucher. 

 If farmer is submitting more samples they should be numbered accordingly for their references.
