We are one of the main units under the Finance Division. Our main responsibility is preparation of monthly salaries and accomplishment of all other related activities of Primary level officers of island wide institutions of the Department of Agriculture.

  • Preparation and payment of monthly salaries to the permanent emplyees of the minor staff on the due date specified by the General Treasury.
  • Preparation and payment of arreas.
  • Making arrangement to issue salary particulars on personal requests.
  • Preparation and payment of salaries to the employees in contract basis on the due date.
  • Accounting & Reporting.
  • Operation of Bank Accounts and reconciliation.
  • Maintaining General Deposits Accounts.
