The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division has been established at National Agriculture Information and CommunicationCentre (NAICC) fully with the intent on giving reliable ICT based solutions to satisfy different departmental prerequisites and objectives. The Scope and the effect of the ICT services which is given by the ICT division reaches out to many sub institutions of the department.

The following is a summary of the services that ICT divisions give to cater different departmental necessities.

Website creation and maintenance.
Development of MIS solutions and web applications for the departmental operations and activities.
Mobile App development to meet variety of public service needs
Computer network implementation and configuration.
Identifying and resolving hardware and software related issues.
Propose E – solutions to the Department of Agriculture’s sub-institutions’ technical challenges.
Anticipate future technical requirements and update the technology to meet those needs.
Organise ICT training programs for government officers, both departmental and non-departmental.
Handling of the departmental Social Media networks (Facebook, twitter, youtube, Google Plus, Instagram, Vimeo, etc..).
